Husbands working always gone.
Life just simply must go on.
Once a week to get things done.
Or maybe more to have some fun.
Work. Play. Swim. Eat.
It doesn’t matter, as long as they meet.
It’s the Sisterhood of the Traveling Husbands.

School is out.
It’s a mad rush to get home.
Not for toys.
Not for video games.
But for their moms,
With their daily popsicle of course
Come meet the Popsicle Moms.
And their elated kids.

Lisa would love your kids.
And they’d love her, almost as much as you.
Parks and pools.
Hide and seek.
Very happy kids.
Oh yeah, a clean house when you get home.
Meet the world’s greatest babysitter.

The perfect home
Is next door to grandma and grandpa.
Just ask Hannah.
She and grandma can play at the pool.
While grandpa can now walk her to school.
But nothing beats Sunday dinners in the adjoining backyards.
In two homes live one happy family.

Life’s more than a walk in the park.
It’s a run, a scamper or a bike ride.
Pete coaches volleyball.
Stephanie runs, and runs a boot camp.
And little Ethan is never too far behind.
To call them active is an understatement.
Meet Falcon Pointe’s fittest family.

Boy meets girl
Boy marries girl.
Boy and girl have boy and girl.
Boys and girls have the perfect home.
Until Boy and girl decide on one more boy.
Boys and girls need more room.
And find a more perfect home just down the street.

The neighbors that play together, stay together.
They met at a party,
And became close friends
They formed a team,
As an excuse for fun.
Kickball, movies, poker and food.
They all even took a cruise.
And now, they’re teammates for life.

Lexie and Sammie are friends, who happen to be sisters. Lexie was looking forward to starting big girl school (kindergarten) but wasn't so sure about attending without her sister Sammie. Then one summer day, Lexie and Sammie both met Campbell at Falcon Pointe's new splash park. They bonded immediately, and as it turns out, Campbell loves the water – and telling knock-knock jokes – almost as much as Lexie. So now, the best friends are looking forward to making a splash together when Murchison Elementary, Falcon Pointe's onsite school named 2010 Exemplary School, begins in the fall.

So, let's say your husband travels a lot, what do you do? You start a club with your best friend, of course. Meet Angela and Livia. Three years ago, with husbands always working, they found themselves with a lot of alone time with the kids. So Angela's other half suggested they start a club. What at first seemed like a silly thought became a great idea— help each other with household chores, hang out with your best friend, eat out, have pool parties and watch movies. "We could get used to that," they thought. So began the Sisterhood of the Traveling Husbands. And the story goes on as more and more moms have joined the club, causing it to grow by leaps and bounds.

What's better than being old enough to walk home from school with your friends? Eating popsicles with your friends after school, of course. It started out as a way to cool off sweaty kids, but quickly became a daily habit. And so began the Popsicle Moms at Falcon Pointe. Started by Sara and her close friends in the Loop, it has become the perfect way for moms to touch base, and for the wee ones to blow off some after-school steam. Sometimes lasting thirty minutes, sometimes two hours, it's a lot of popsicles to go through, but it's worth every penny and every sugar rush to see the kids (and moms) growing closer to their friends.

Meet Lisa, the World's Greatest Babysitter. If you want to dispute this fact, you'll have to fight it out with the parents of the little kiddos she watches. So what makes Lisa so great? Number one, she cares. A lot. She absolutely, unequivocally loves the kids. And, of course, they all love her. They practically push their parents out the door so she can take them to the pool or play hide and seek around the house. Oh yeah, did we mention that she'll clean your house while you're out on the town? Yes, that's right, cleans it. She is honest, sincere, sweet and humble. And she'd never say she's the world's greatest babysitter—that's why we're here to tell you.

A gut feeling. Sometimes that's all it takes to change your life. A couple years ago, Ron and Toddy and their daughter, Malia all decided they needed to pick up and move to Austin. After meticulous searching, they realized that Falcon Pointe was the only place for them. With homes next door, Ron and Toddy spend more time with Hannah, their nine-year-old granddaughter. Grandma and Hannah play at the parks and pools around the corner, plus Grandpa walks her to school every day. They even knocked down the fence between their homes to make one giant backyard! Sometimes when you get a feeling about a place, you have to listen.

Whether on a morning jog, exercising the dogs in the park or riding their bikes to school, the Hoyer family is always outside, on the move. What else would you expect from the fittest family in Falcon Pointe? Pete hikes and bikes everywhere, in addition to coaching volleyball at Hendrickson High School. Stephanie runs everywhere—with or without the running club she started. Plus she runs boot camps every morning at 5:00 and 6:15 for anyone looking for "torture in a fun environment". Yes, that's right, 5:00 am! Their son Ethan keeps his crazy parents on their toes, riding his bike, playing with the dogs and doing karate.

It's a slightly non-traditional love story, but with a very happy ending. Chad has lived in Falcon Pointe with his son Blake for five years. One day, Chad met Zana and her daughter Keaira. Chad and Zana married, creating a mini-Brady Bunch! Falcon Pointe was perfect for this little family of four, from the water park like pool to the schools next door to all the amazing friends. But just as they were getting settled, along came little Jaxon, and with him the need for more room. The now family of five couldn't bear to leave this place, so they found the perfect house for their expanding family, right down the street. Now if they can only convince their in-laws to buy their old house!

Most neighbors don't get along this well, but then again, this isn't just any neighborhood, it's Falcon Pointe, a place where folks meet at a community event, and quickly become lifelong friends. Meet the members of My Left Pfoot, but they're much more than just a kickball team—they're an inseparable group of friends that do everything together. Ballgames and bunco, poker and parties and—if there is fun to be had, they have it. They even went on a cruise together this year! When was the last time you took a cruise with your neighbors? If you answered never, then it's time you came to Falcon Pointe where families play together. And stay together—for life.
